
ADI needed to develop a comprehensive design strategy and create compelling visuals for the launch of their new, free career consultation service.
The objective was to increase brand awareness and drive registrations for this service across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and their homepage.
The target audience was individuals aged 20-35 in the UK that are interested in digital skills, career growth, and lifelong learning.
My approach was to create a bold, human-centred campaign focusing on inclusivity and engagement, with visuals that evoke personal growth and career advancement.
The designs featured strong calls-to-action and high-impact layouts tailored to resonate with ADI’s audience, playing with iconic elements symbolising digital tools, innovation, and self-improvement.
I developed modular designs that could be adapted with variations in colours, icons, backgrounds, and CTAs, making them ideal for static posts or animated video sequences.
This adaptable framework provided ADI with a scalable visual toolkit for future campaigns as well.
